All Jr High Parents need to
print the Physical-Medical-Release and Drug consent forms.
Please fill out all information and have a physical
performed. Turn the information in as soon as possible.
Seventh Graders and any
eighth Grader who have not completed the STAR assessment
needs to do this ASAP! Contact Stacy Dunaway or Coach Smart
for more information.
Gold cards will be given out
to everyone as soon as possible. If you already have gold
cards-they should be sold ASAP! Please turn in any money!
You can pay $150.00 if you choose not to sell Gold cards.
