Tickets are $100.00 and can be purchased
from any coach-player or Booster club officer.
All money raised goes towards the Varsity
and Jr High Football Program.
Rules for the $10,000 Giveaway

A Maximum of 350 contribution
tickets will be sold or drawn.

Up to 10 or more additional tickets
may be awarded as bingo prizes.

The last ticket remaining will be
the recipient of the $10,000 cash give away.

The first ticket drawn in Round 1
will be the recipient of $100
-
When only ten (10) tickets remain
to be drawn, the holders of those tickets will be recognized. At
this point each will have the opportunity to auction their tickets.

Moody Football Boosters will
receive 10% transaction fee from the proceeds of any completed
auction.

Tickets purchased at auction must
be paid for before the next ticket is auctioned, or drawn.

Upon completion of this drawing and
up until the drawing of the last ticket, those ticket holders
present may unanimously agree to group together ALL undrawn tickets
and evenly split the cash give-away less a 10% Booster fee. In order
to sell, trade or split, you must have a proxy present with ticket
in hand.

Should the owners choose not to
join together, then each owner shall, until the drawing of the last
ticket, have one (1) additional opportunity to auction their ticket.
Moody Football Boosters will receive a 10% transaction fee from the
proceeds of any completed auction.

Should the drawing continue until
the end then the one ticket that has not been drawn shall be the
winning ticket for the $10,000 give-away.

There will be no changes or
exceptions to the rules. Disputes concerning the drawing or auctions
will be settled by the Moody Football Board of Directors.

The Moody Football Boosters
reserves the right to cancel this event for any reason. In the event
of cancellation, ALL ticket donations will be refunded to the name
and address appearing on the ticket stub.

Moody Football Boosters reserves
the right to sell any unsold tickets during the event at an adjusted
price.
